Top 100 Best Gloom Tattoos For Women – Pokemon Design Ideas

Gloom is a feeling. Gloom is an expression of foreboding. Gloom is also a Pokemon character, a transformation of the cute Oddish.

As Gloom, this Pokemon is a sadder, more sorrowful creation.

As a tattoo, it can represent a period of grief, or a desire to reach up out of the pits of despair into the light. It is a weed that wants to become a flower or a powerful plant. One might tattoo the series of transformations from Oddish to Gloom to the final stage of being after one has found a path up and out into the world again.

Drool is not drool when it tastes and drips from the mouth like honey. That is the case of this character, but the honey/nectar you might share from your mouth is laced with bitter words.

If your mood leads you to say nice things at first and then leave an unpleasant taste with others, perhaps you are actually Gloom yourself! Don’t worry; it’s probably just a stage and you are waiting for your life to change for the better.

Brighten up Gloom with brighter, lighter, or more preferable colors. Change it or embrace it with scenery around it. Make it part of your collection of tattoos and/or make it relate to the tattoos you have. Gloom is a statement of your sense of self and mood in a moment. Make it yours.

What’s to like about the Pokemon Gloom?

Gloom has several unique abilities that make it stand out from other Pokémon of its type. Its signature move is Absorb, which allows it to drain the opponent’s life force and turn it into health for itself. Gloom can also use Toxic, which inflicts damage over time and can be used to weaken powerful opponents. Additionally, Gloom can use Sleep Powder to induce sleep in opponents, allowing it to escape or set up a powerful attack. It may also use Stun Spore or PoisonPowder in order to disable opponents.

In addition to these moves, Gloom also has access to numerous other Grass-type attacks such as Razor Leaf and Vine Whip, as well as Poison-type attacks like Sludge Bomb and Acid. It can also learn various Water, Ice, and Dark Type moves through TM and HM teaching methods. With access to so many different types of attacks, Gloom can be quite formidable in battle.

Gloom’s typing grants it several immunities that allow it to withstand certain types of attacks more easily than other Pokémon. As a dual Grass/Poison type, Gloom is immune to both types of status effects (poisoning & paralysis) and is resistant to Bug-, Fighting-, Grass-, & Water-type moves. Furthermore, its Poison typing gives it an immunity to the Toxic status effect that other Pokémon lack. This makes Gloom particularly useful for defensive strategies in battle as well as team building purposes.

In the competitive scene, Gloom is typically used as an offensive sweeper or wallbreaker due to its ability Chlorophyll which doubles its Speed when sunny weather is active. This allows Gloom to outspeed many foes and utilize its powerful STAB attacks to great effect before they can retaliate. When paired with Leech Seed support or Toxic Spikes setters, Gloom can become even more deadly due to its ability to stall out opponents while slowly depleting their HP with residual damage effects.

Gloom’s typing also gives it some decent defensive capabilities thanks to its access to recovery moves such as Giga Drain & Synthesis which not only restore HP but also provide useful defensive utility against certain types of attackers. Additionally, Gloom’s typing gives it access to the move Aromatherapy which heals all status effects from itself and its allies, making it an invaluable asset for both double and triple battles alike.

Despite its many strengths however, there are still some weaknesses that Gloom must contend with in battle. Its base 50 Defense stat leaves it vulnerable against physical attackers while its base 40 Special Defense stat makes it weak against Special attackers as well. It also lacks recovery options outside of Giga Drain & Synthesis meaning it must rely heavily on supportive teammates if it wishes to stay healthy throughout long battles. Lastly, Gloom’s weaknesses include Fire-, Flying-, Psychic-, & Rock-type moves making it vulnerable against certain threats in the meta game should they come across one’s path during battle.

Gloom tattoo meanings and symbolism:

What do Gloom Pokemon themed designs mean and symbolize?:

Pokémon Gloom symbolizes a melancholic state of mind. It can represent sadness, a loss of hope and even depression. The Pokémon itself is known for its gloomy expression and its signature move ‘Acid’ which can corrode an enemy’s armour or reduce their stats in battle.

The original Japanese name for Gloom was “Kusaihana”, which directly translates to “Stinking Flower”, referring to the fact that its flowers are said to have a foul odour. This can be interpreted as a metaphor for mental health issues – even when something appears beautiful on the surface, it can still be masking something much darker beneath.

Gloom is classified as a Grass/Poison type Pokémon and is part of the Oddish evolutionary line. Oddish itself is a grass-type Pokémon that can absorb nutrients from both soil and air; this indicates that it has the potential to find sustenance from many sources, even if one source fails or is depleted. This is an apt metaphor for mental health support – no matter how bad things may seem, there are always others who can provide help and guidance.

The evolutions of Gloom further illustrate this message – it evolves into Vileplume using a Leaf Stone and into Bellossom using a Sun Stone, both of which are symbols of hope and renewal. The fact that Gloom only evolves into these two beautiful forms with the help of stones suggests that, sometimes, we need external tools or assistance in order to achieve our desired transformations.

Gloom’s design also holds symbolic meaning; the most obvious being its drooping face which serves as a visual representation of sadness and despair. Its bulbous body shape also alludes to feelings of overwhelmedness or being weighed down by one’s emotions. Similarly, the dark-grey colouration of its petals could symbolize blocked energy or stagnation in life – as though all color has been sapped away by depression or anxiety. Gloom also embodies many powerful themes related to mental health; sadness and despair, potential for hope and renewal, needing external help to achieve transformation and a potent visual representation of depression and gloominess. With so much emotional depth, it’s no surprise that this particular Pokémon has become so beloved among fans all over the world.
