Begin this beautiful nail art by taking your clear base coat and applying it to your nails. This may seem like a simple, unnecessary step, but an ombre look can be ruined by chipping or peeling polish, no matter how well done the application is. A base coat is best because it creates a barrier between the color and your nail, avoiding any chips.
After your nails are dry and base coated, apply a layer of pink or nude shade from this look to all of your nails. You may choose to go with a darker shade for fall or winter, but for spring and summer, you are better off with a softer color.
